Pay Support Ops Desk

A working desk for the first support and payments-ops hire at a stablecoin money app: triage a ticket, route it to the right rails vendor, check the chain, hold money actions for a second reviewer, and read the week by cluster.
Independent job-application prototype by Edward Tay. Not affiliated with or operated by Ethena Labs or Ethena Pay. Facts are read live from pay.ethena.fi; tickets, metrics and names are synthetic.

Real, public questions to Ethena Pay right now: replies under @EthenaPay's latest posts (read through the keyless fxtwitter API) and App Store reviews from every live storefront. Each is classified with the desk's clusters and shows whether the official account answered and how fast. Any item opens in the triage desk.

Reading public replies and App Store reviews…

Pick a ticket or paste one. The desk names the cluster, priority, owner and vendor, sets the response clocks, loads the runbook and drafts a reply from facts confirmed on Ethena Pay's live pages. Anything that moves money waits for a second reviewer.

For "my transfer has not arrived" tickets. Paste a transaction hash or a wallet address. The desk reads Avalanche C-Chain directly (public RPC, read-only) and says what to tell the user.

Deadlines that decide whether a user gets their money back. Windows come from Ethena Pay's Card Terms, Complaint Procedure, FAQ, Pricing and Promotions pages. Business days skip weekends; public holidays are not modelled.

The standing weekly read for product and engineering: contacts per 100 active users by cluster, what changed, and which fix removes which cluster. Volumes are synthetic, anchored to the two public user counts (400 early-access users at launch, 1,600 users on 25 September).

Every fact the desk quotes is re-read from pay.ethena.fi. If a page changes, the fact turns red here before an agent sends it. The second table compares pages that should agree.

Reading pay.ethena.fi…

The rails vendors named in Ethena Pay's public Terms and Card Terms, what each owns, and what an escalation needs. The incident log keeps the evidence for commercial reviews.
